Scope of Job:

The Admissions Supervisor is responsible for the effective management of the admissions area at THIS IS HOLLAND. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth guest entry process, optimizing queue management, maintaining high operational standards, and delivering an exceptional first impression. The Admissions Supervisor acts as the key link between THIS IS HOLLAND and the ticketing system, ensuring accurate setup, smooth integration, and prompt issue resolution. This role also supports the wider leadership team in maintaining service excellence, guest satisfaction, and adherence to operational protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Admissions Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient entry for all guests by overseeing the admissions process and supporting hosts during their shifts.
• Ticketing System Management: Act as the main point of contact between THIS IS HOLLAND and the ticketing system provider. Ensure accurate setup of promotions, prices, time slots, and capacity. Address and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.
• Train and Coach Hosts: Provide training and continuous support to hosts on admissions procedures, including scanning, guest flow management, and basic troubleshooting of the ticketing system.
• Data Monitoring & Reporting: Track daily admissions data, ticket scans, and guest flow. Identify issues or trends and report them to the Duty Manager or Operations team.
• Guest Experience Management: Ensure a welcoming and efficient arrival experience for guests. Proactively handle any entry-related questions, issues, or complaints.
• Support Incident Management: Assist in managing ticketing-relatedcomplaints or technical problems.

Weekly/Monthly Tasks:

• Monitor Ticket Sales & Capacities: Review weekly ticket salesperformance and capacity utilization. Identify patterns, overbookings, or underperformance and report to management.
• System Accuracy Checks: Conduct weekly audits of the ticketing system to ensure pricing, time slots, discounts, and partner offers are correctly set up and functioning.
• Host Training & Support: Provide ongoing training and refreshers for hosts involved in admissions duties. Focus on scanning procedures, guest flow management, and troubleshooting.
• Update Admissions Signage & Communication: Ensure all front-of-house signage related to ticketing, entrance procedures, and promotions is up to date and clear for both guests and hosts.
• Ticketing Partner Coordination: Communicate regularly with ticketing providers and third-party platforms to stay updated on system changes, outages, or promotional campaigns.
• Health & Safety Responsibilities: Ensure that all health and safety policies are rigorously enforced within the team. Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance with all local and international safety regulations.
