Job Purpose
We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to support HR operations across all Merlin locations in the Netherlands. This role ensures efficient HR processes, strong administrative support, and a consistent high-quality employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR administration including contracts, onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Support recruitment processes and coordination
- Act as first point of contact for HR-related queries
- Support managers in applying HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and onboarding programs
- Manage absence tracking and reporting
- Assist with HR projects and continuous improvements
