We have an opportunity for a ROC Network Analyst to play a key role in maintaining the stability, performance, and security of network services. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a keen interest in network infrastructure.

As an ROC Network Analyst, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network performance, troubleshooting issues, and supporting network security measures. You’ll work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal network operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitoring network performance to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, minimising service disruptions
• Assisting in configuring and managing network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Supporting network security measures, ensuring compliance with policies and industry standards
• Maintaining accurate documentation of network configurations and troubleshooting steps
• Providing network support to internal users, resolving connectivity and performance concerns
• Assisting with network upgrades and testing new technologies to improve performance
• Liaising with external vendors and service providers to ensure high service levels

• Proven experience supporting core network technologies that support business operations, including LAN, WAN and WiFi
• Good knowledge of networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet)
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with stakeholders and technologists in the wider team
• Certified: Cisco CCNA or equivalent
