An exciting opportunity has arisen for a ROC Applications Analyst to play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of critical applications. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.

As an ROC Applications Analyst, you’ll be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimising applications within the IT infrastructure. You’ll troubleshoot issues, manage updates, and work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure applications perform at their best.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitoring application performance and proactively identifying issues
• Responding to incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution
• Troubleshooting complex application issues and collaborating with other teams as needed
• Applying software patches and updates to maintain security and functionality
• Supporting application deployments and updates to minimise disruption
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and enhance application usage
• Ensuring applications comply with security policies and industry standards
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for application performance and efficiency

• Proven experience supporting business and commercial systems that support business operations.
• Good knowledge of commercial systems (Oracle Simphony, Opera, Futura) or similar systems.
• Proven ability to analyse and resolve system issues and escalate to SME teams when required.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with stakeholders and technologists in the wider team.
