We’re looking for a ROC Infrastructure Analyst to support the stability, maintenance, and optimisation of IT infrastructure services across the region.

You’ll play a key role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining essential infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage. Reporting to the ROC Infrastructure Team Lead, you’ll work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and conduct routine maintenance such as updates and patches.
• Identify potential infrastructure issues, optimise resource utilisation, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work alongside IT teams and business stakeholders to provide excellent support and issue resolution.
• Support infrastructure deployments, conduct testing, and ensure smooth implementation of upgrades.
• Follow best practices to maintain infrastructure security and assist with audits and compliance assessments.

• Proven experience supporting core infrastructure technologies that support business opoerations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies - Windows client and server, SCCM, InTune, GPO, Active Directory.
• Good knowledge of virtualisation technologies (Vmware, Azure Stack) and cloud (Microsoft Azure, M365).
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with stakeholders and technologists in the wider team.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
